In 2007 Concord Records announced the release of Grover's first and only Monterey appearence. Allmusic review: "Backed by a small, sympathetic band, Washington's saxophones (soprano, alto, and tenor) shine on his own hits and on versions of AM-radio pop classics." Although the cd got a release number (30314), Concord Records post-poned its release. Looks like it has to remain in the shelves of the Concord label. |
